Return & Exchange Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • Time Frame:
    • We allow our customers to request a Refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, depending on the product category (e.g., fashion or home goods)
  • Conditions: Refunds are processed for:
    • Damaged or defective products: If the product is faulty upon delivery or not as described.
    • Incorrect items: If the wrong item is shipped.
    • Non-delivery: If the product is not delivered even after the estimated delivery date.
  • Process
    • You may need to initiate the refund through our platform’s Refund portal.
    • You may have to share pictures or videos of the damaged or defective product.
    • After approval, you may have to return the product which will be a reverse pick-up from us.
  • You could select either of the options:
    • Original payment method (credit card & debit card, UPI, etc.)
    • Cash on Delivery amount will be refunded in your given Bank Account.

2. Replacement Policy

  • Time Frame: Replacements are allowed within 7 days fromthe date of delivery.
  • Conditions: Replacements are offered for:
  • Defective products: Items that are damaged.
  • Incorrect items: If you received the wrong size, colour, or variant.
  • Process: The process for replacements involve below steps :
    • Raising a Replacement request via the platform’s replacement portal.
    • You may have to share pictures or videos of the damaged or defective product.
    • After approval, you may have to return the product which will be a reverse pick up from us.
    • After receiving the product at our end we will initiate a replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Categories

Some items are typically non-returnable, including:

  • Personal hygiene products(e.g. Cosmetics & Intimate items).
  • Customized or personalized items.

4. Refund and Replacement Shipping Costs

  • If the reason for refund is the seller’s fault (e.g., defective or wrong product), the seller covers the refund and replacement shipping costs.

5. Miscellaneous
