Return & Exchange Policy
1. Refund Policy
- Time Frame:
- We allow our customers to request a Refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, depending on the product category (e.g., fashion or home goods)
- Conditions: Refunds are processed for:
- Damaged or defective products: If the product is faulty upon delivery or not as described.
- Incorrect items: If the wrong item is shipped.
- Non-delivery: If the product is not delivered even after the estimated delivery date.
- Process
- You may need to initiate the refund through our platform’s Refund portal.
- You may have to share pictures or videos of the damaged or defective product.
After approval, you may have to return the product which will be a reverse pick-up from us.
You could select either of the options:
- Original payment method (credit card & debit card, UPI, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery amount will be refunded in your given Bank Account.
2. Replacement Policy
- Time Frame: Replacements are allowed within 7 days fromthe date of delivery.
- Conditions: Replacements are offered for:
- Defective products: Items that are damaged.
- Incorrect items: If you received the wrong size, colour, or variant.
- Process: The process for replacements involve below steps :
- Raising a Replacement request via the platform’s replacement portal.
- You may have to share pictures or videos of the damaged or defective product.
- After approval, you may have to return the product which will be a reverse pick up from us.
- After receiving the product at our end we will initiate a replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Categories
Some items are typically non-returnable, including:
- Personal hygiene products(e.g. Cosmetics & Intimate items).
- Customized or personalized items.
4. Refund and Replacement Shipping Costs
- If the reason for refund is the seller’s fault (e.g., defective or wrong product), the seller covers the refund and replacement shipping costs.
5. Miscellaneous
Please note that all Refund/Replacement requests will be processed at .inkart.com discretion.
